摘要
智慧供应链通过集成先进的信息技术来实现资源的优化配置,进而显著提高物流服务效率。随着消费者需求的多样化和个性化发展,物流服务质量的提升对于客户满意度和忠诚度的提升也变得尤为重要;信息技术则在促进供应链各环节的协同作用方面发挥着日益重要的作用,为企业间协作提供了平台和工具,使供应链响应更加敏捷和精准。因此,文章就智慧供应链的实施程度、物流服务质量以及信息技术的应用是如何分别影响物流服务效率、客户满意度和供应链协同作用的问题展开探讨,以期为企业提供策略指导,帮助其获得市场竞争优势,并最终实现可持续发展。
The smart supply chain realizes the optimal allocation of resources through the integration of advanced information technology,and significantly improves the efficiency of logistics services.With the diversification and personalization of consumer demands,the improvement of logistics service quality is particularly important to enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty;the information technology plays an increasingly important role in promoting the synergy of various links in the supply chain,provides platforms and tools for the collaboration between enterprises,and makes the supply chain response more agile and accurate.Therefore,this paper explores the impacts of the implementation of supply chain,logistics service quality and information technology application on t he l ogistics s ervice e ff iciency,c ustomer s atisfaction a nd s upply c hain s ynergy,a nd e xpects t o p rovide s trategic g uidance f or enterprises,and help them gain competitive advantages in the market and finally achieve sustainable development.
