随着全球市场的日益变化和消费者需求的逐步提升,冷链物流领域面临着如何在保持产品质量的同时,优化资源使用和提高服务效率。在动态需求的环境下,通过实时的数据集成与分析,采用更灵活的物流策略,可以提高响应速度和资源配置效率,优化整个供应链的性能。因此,文章使用案例分析的方法,通过静态物流规划以及调整动态物流配送路径,对比规划策略,提出优化建议,以期为冷链物流领域的发展提供理论参考。

With the increasing changes in the global market and the gradual increase in consumer demand,the cold chain logistics field is facing how to optimise the use of resources and improve the efficiency of service while maintaining the product quality.In the dynamic demand environment,adopting a more dynamic logistics strategy through the real-time data integration and analysis can improve the response speed and resource allocation efficiency,and optimise the performance of the whole supply chain.Therefore,this paper uses the case study,through the plan of static logistics and the adjustment of dynamic logistics distribution paths,to compare planning strategies and put forward optimization suggeztions,with a view to providing theoretical references for the development of the cold chain logistics.
