摘要
文章通过介绍物流实训课程的目标、内容建设、教学改革以及考核评价改革等方面的内容,旨在培养“懂技术、善管理、重创新”的具有现代物流理念、先进物流技术和现代物流管理能力的应用型人才。文章从课程的目标、内容建设、教学改革和考核评价改革等方面对物流实训课程进行教学改革研究,强调产教融合、创新创业、劳动教育等元素的融入。通过项目驱动、校企合作、真实项目引导等方式,突出教学特色,全面提升学生知识、能力和素质。教学评价体系改革强调全方位考核,涵盖理论知识、实践能力、素质提升等多个方面。课程通过产教融合,不仅要求培养出具备高素质核心能力的物流人才,还需要实现创新创业人才的全面培养目标,亦在对同类课程的教学改革有所启示。
The article introduces the objectives,content construction,teaching reform,and assessment and evaluation reform of logistics practical training courses.The courses intend to cultivate applied talents with modern logistics concepts,advanced logistics technology,and modern logistics management capabilities who understand technology,are good at management,and value innovation.The article conducts research on the teaching reform of logistics practical training courses from the aspects of course objectives,content construction,teaching reform,and assessment and evaluation reform,emphasizing the integration of industry and education,innovation and entrepreneurship,labor education,and other elements.Through project driven,school enterprise cooperation,and real project guidance,highlight teaching characteristics and comprehensively enhance students'knowledge,abilities,and qualities.The reform of the teaching evaluation system emphasizes comprehensive assessment,covering multiple aspects such as theoretical knowledge,practical ability,and quality improvement.Through the integration of industry and education,the course cultivates students with the core competencies required for high-quality logistics talents,achieving the comprehensive training goal of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and also providing inspiration for the teaching reform of similar courses.
