新文科视角下基于“四链融通”的产教融合协同育人模式

摘要 产教融合协同育人已成为应用型高校发展的必由之路。当前,应用型高校产教融合协同育人方面存在较多问题。以新文科为背景构建基于“四链融通”的产教融合协同育人模式,从教育教学体系、人才培养模式、产业对接方式、创新创业教育4个方面进行改革,从方法、预期效果等方面对产教融合协同育人模式的实施情况进行探讨。产教融合协同育人的模式能够实现高校、企业的双赢,是高校教育教学改革的重要模式。 Collaborative education mode of industry-teaching integration has become a necessary path for the development of applied universities.At present,there are many problems in the collaborative education mode of industry-teaching integration in applied universities.With the background of new liberal arts,this study constructs the collaborative education mode of industry-teaching integration based on"four-chain convergence"from education and teaching system,talent cultivation mode,industry docking mode,innovation and entrepreneurship education.The implementation of the collaborative education mode of industry-teaching integration is discussed in terms of methods and expected effects.The collaborative education mode of industry-teaching integration can realize the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and realize the win-win situation of universities and enterprises.It is an important model for the development of education and teaching in universities.
