Research on Building a First-rate Local Executive Leadership Academy by the Luzhou Sidu Chishui Branch of Sichuan Long March Executive Leadership Academy:Based on the Experience of Six Excellent Executive Leadership Academy

干部学院与党校同为干部教育培训的主渠道主阵地。首先,介绍6所优秀干部学院的概况;其次,从做好教学培训设计、创新教学方式方法、充分发挥团队集体效应、促进教培研转化共赢等4个方面着重分析发展经验;最后,从高站位做好办学规划设计、高质量提升教学培训科研水平、高水平构建双循环发展格局等3个方面提出泸州四渡赤水分院打造全国一流地方干部学院的优化思路。

Executive leadership academy and party schools are both the main channels and battlefields for cadre education and training.Firstly,introduce the overview of six excellent executive leadership academy.Secondly,we will focus on analyzing the development experience from four aspects:designing effective teaching and training,innovating teaching methods and methods,fully leveraging the collective effect of the team,and promoting the transformation and win-win situation between education,training,and research.Finally,it is proposed to propose optimization ideas for Luzhou Sidu Chishui branch of Sichuan Long March executive leadership academy to build a first-rate local executive leadership academy from three aspects:doing a good job in school planning and design from a high position,improving teaching,training and research level with high quality,and constructing a dual circulation development pattern with high level.
