基于机器视觉的齿轮参数测量评定系统设计

摘要 针对传统的齿轮参数检测中测量不便、效率低和人机交互不强等问题,以LabVIEW为开发平台,利用虚拟仪器技术、图像处理技术和机器视觉技术,设计一种基于机器视觉的齿轮参数检测评定系统。系统具有齿轮图像采集、图像处理、系统标定、轴孔中心检测以及齿轮参数检测评定等功能,可测量评定齿轮齿顶圆、齿根圆、单个齿距偏差f_(pt)及齿距总偏差F_(p)、公法线长度偏差等。采用0级标准量块对系统进行标定,并对设计的系统进行了测试和对比,通过将检测结果与齿轮的设计理论值进行对比评定系统的准确性。结果表明:该检测评定系统界面友好、易扩展、效率高、操作方便,并可对采集数据进行自动保存、回放和齿轮参数可视化评定。 Aiming at the problems of inconvenient measurement,low efficiency and weak human-computer interaction in traditional gear parameter detection,a gear parameter detection and evaluation system based on machine vision was designed by using virtual instrument technology,image processing technology and machine vision technology with LabVIEW as the development platform.The system has the functions,such as gear images collection,image processing,system calibration,shaft hole center detection and gear parameter detection and evaluation.It can be used to measure and evaluate gear addendum circle,tooth root circle,single pitch deviation f_(pt),total pitch deviation F_(p) and common normal length deviation.The 0-level standard gauge block was used to calibrate the system,and the designed system was tested and compared.The test results were compared with the design theoretical values of the gear to evaluate the accuracy of the system.The results show that the detection and evaluation system has a friendly interface,easy expansion,high efficiency and convenient operation,and can automatically save and playback the collected data and visually evaluate the gear parameters.
