中西医结合治疗继发性草酸盐肾病并急性肾损伤1例

摘要 草酸盐肾病是一种由草酸盐晶体沉积在肾小管和肾间质中,造成肾小管损伤、间质纤维化和进行性肾功能不全的严重疾病,是肾衰竭的罕见原因,发病率约占自体肾活检的1%~2.31%^([1-2])。该病临床表现无特异性,通常为急性肾损伤及慢性肾衰竭急性发作,实验室检查可发现血、尿草酸盐浓度升高及24 h草酸排泄量增加,肾活检是诊断该病的金标准,其病理特征主要为草酸钙晶体沉积,肾小管上皮损伤和肾脏间质改变^([3])。
