Historical Investigation of Forest Protection and Fire Prevention Work Since the Establishment of New China

护林防火工作是我国生态文明建设的重要内容。新中国成立70多年来,我国护林防火工作大致历经以下五个阶段的探索和实践,最终走出了一条符合我国国情的护林防火之路:1949—1956年为起步阶段,1957—1977年为持续发展阶段,1978—1986年为调整恢复阶段,1987—2011年为加速转型阶段,2012年至今为日益成熟阶段。护林防火工作积累的成功经验主要包括:坚持党对护林防火工作的全面领导;坚持“防救并重”的指导方针;坚持“专群结合”的工作思路;坚持“依法治火”的基本原则;坚持在中国特色社会主义事业总体布局中“一体化”协同推进护林防火工作。

Forest protection and fire prevention work is an important part of China's development of ecological civilization.Since the founding of New China,China's forest protection and fire prevention work has gone through five stages of exploration and practice,ultimately leading to a forest protection and fire prevention path that is in line with China's national conditions.The initial stage was from 1949 to 1956,the sustained development stage was from 1957 to 1977,the adjustment and recovery stage was from 1978 to 1986,the accelerated transformation stage was from 1987 to 2011,and the increasingly mature stage has been from 2012 to the present.The successful experience accumulated in forest protection and fire prevention work mainly includes adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party over forest protection and fire prevention work,to the guiding principle of"equal emphasis on prevention and rescue",to the work method of"combining expertise with group",to the basic principle of"treating fires according to law",to the integrated and coordinated promotion of forest protection and fire prevention work in the integrated plan for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
