地舒单抗注射液联合八段锦对绝经后女性骨质疏松的治疗效果

Effect of the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women by Disuzumab Injection combined with Baduanjin

目的探讨地舒单抗注射液联合八段锦对绝经后女性骨质疏松患者的疗效。方法回顾性选取2022年6月至2023年6月莆田市第一医院收治的60例绝经后女性骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,采用完全随机设计的抽签分组方法将其分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组患者予以醋酸钙600 mg/d+维生素D滴剂800单位/d,治疗组皮下注射地舒单抗60 mg配合八段锦治疗,随访时间6个月,6个月后监测骨密度数值变化。结果治疗组患者随访6个月后腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度高于治疗前同部位的骨密度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者随访6个月后腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度与治疗前同部位的骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地舒单抗注射液联合八段锦能提高绝经后女性骨质疏松患者骨密度。

Objective To investigate the effect of Disuzumab Injection combined with Baduanjin on postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 60 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis admitted to Putian First Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and they were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by completely random design of the lottery grouping method.The control group was given calcium acetate 600 mg/d+vitamin D drops 800 units/d,and the treatment group was given subcutaneous Injection of Disuzumab 60mg combined with Barduanjin treatment.The follow-up time was 6 months,and the changes of bone mineral density were monitored after 6 months.Results After 6 months of follow-up,BMD of lumbar spine and femoral neck in treatment group was higher than that of the same site before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMD of lumbar spine and femoral neck of control group after 6 months of follow-up compared with BMD of the same part before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Disuzumab Injection combined with Baduanjin can improve bone mineral density in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.
