穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆对精神分裂症患者便秘的护理效果

Effect of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressure on constipation in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨分析穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆对精神分裂症患者便秘的护理效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月在九江市第五人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,其中2022年1月至11月入院的40例患者为对照组(实施常规护理干预),2022年12月至2023年10月入院的40例患者为中医组(在对照组基础上实施穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆护理干预),两组均持续干预1个月,比较两组患者的症状缓解时间,干预前后的便秘程度、生活质量、护理满意度。结果中医组的临床症状腹胀、便质干结、排便困难缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组干预后的便秘程度Wexner评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆能改善精神分裂症患者的便秘症状,提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressure on constipation in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiujiang from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and 40 patients admitted from January to November 2022 were selected as the control group(routine nursing intervention was implemented).The 40 patients admitted from December 2022 to October 2023 were in the traditional Chinese medicine group(acupoint application combined with auricular point pressure nursing intervention was implemented on the basis of the control group),and the intervention lasted for 1 month in both groups.The duration of symptom relief,the degree of constipation,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptoms of abdominal distension,dry stool and defecation difficulty were shorter in the traditional Chinese medicine group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,Wexner score of constipation degree in traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in control group,and quality of life score was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point pressure can improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with schizophrenia,improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
