糖尿病合并白内障患者术后3%地夸磷索钠治疗干眼并发症的疗效

Efficacy of 3% diquafosol sodium in the treatment of dry eye complications in diabetic patients with cataract

目的 探讨糖尿病合并白内障患者术后3%地夸磷索钠治疗干眼并发症的疗效分析。方法 选择2022年8月至2023年12月临平区第一人民医院接诊的82例糖尿病合并白内障手术患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)、实验组(n=41)。对照组使用0.3%的玻璃酸钠滴眼液,实验组使用3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分、泪膜稳定性[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分]及炎症指标[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)]的变化。结果 实验组治疗后3个月的OSDI各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在治疗后3个月的BUT高于对照组,FL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在治疗后3个月的IL-1β、IL-18水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并白内障患者术后应用3%地夸磷索钠治疗干眼并发症的临床效果明显,能提高泪膜稳定性,减少炎症因子的表达,值得推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of 3%diquafosol sodium on dry eye complications in diabetic patients with cataract after operation.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetes combined with cataract surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected in this study,and were divide into the control group(n=41)and experimental group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The patients in he control group were treated with 0.3%sodium hyaluronate eye drops and in the experimental group were treated with 3%diquifosol eye drops,and all patients were treated for 3 months.The changes of ocular surface Disease Index Scale(OSDI)score,tear film stability[break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score]and inflammatory index[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-18(IL-18)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results The OSDI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the BUT of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the FL score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1βand IL-18 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of 3%diquafosone sodium in the treatment of dry eye complications in patients with diabetes complicated with cataract after surgery is obvious,which can improve the stability of tear film and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,and is worth promoting.
