儿童近视防控中眼科策略与生活训练的应用效果研究

Research of the Application Effect of Ophthalmic Strategies and Life Training for Myopia Prevention and Control in Children

目的探讨儿童近视防控的眼科策略与生活训练,并评估其对近视控制的效果。方法采用对照实验设计,选择2021年1月—2022年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院眼科就诊的80例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组接受传统保健教育,试验组接受眼科策略与生活训练。比较2组视力、屈光度和眼轴长度的变化。结果试验组在眼科策略与生活训练的干预下,视力、屈光度和眼轴长度均有显著改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组的视力提高了10%,屈光度减少了0.50 D,眼轴长度增长速率降低了0.1 mm/年。结论眼科策略与生活训练对儿童近视防控具有显著的效果。通过合理的用眼习惯培养、户外活动增加和眼球运动训练等综合措施,可以有效控制儿童近视的发展。这一研究结果对于制订儿童近视防控策略和改善儿童视觉健康具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the ophthalmic strategies and life training for the prevention and control of myopia in children,and to evaluate their effects on myopia control.Methods Using a controlled experimental design,a total of 80 children who received treatment in the department of ophthalmology,the 910th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education,while the experimental group received ophthalmic strategy and lifestyle training.The changes in visual acuity,refractive error,and axial length between two groups were compared.Results Under the intervention of ophthalmic strategies and lifestyle training,the experimental group showed significant improvements in vision,refractive error,and axial length(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a 10%improvement in visual acuity,a 0.50 D reduction in refractive error,and a 0.1 mm/year decrease in axial length growth rate.Conclusion Ophthalmic strategies and life training have significant effects on the prevention and control of myopia in children.The development of myopia in children can be effectively controlled through comprehensive measures such as reasonable eye habit cultivation,increased outdoor activities and eye movement training.The results of this study are of great significance for formulating prevention and control strategies for children's myopia and improving children's visual health.
