The modern management of hospital materials occupies a vital position in the field of medical services,and plays an important role in the distribution of materials and cost control in the hospital.With the continuous development of medical technology,a large number of modern diagnosis and treatment equipment will be used in the current diagnosis and treatment work in hospitals to help doctors accurately diagnose patients'conditions,but for the material management of hospitals,it is also facing increasing challenges.This paper aims to discuss the process,existing problems and coping strategies of hospital material modernization management,analyze the impact of modern management on hospital material procurement,inventory management and supply chain management,and put forward management measures such as strengthening departmental linkage and differentiated material management mode and establishing communication channels between warehouse and clinical departments.It provides some theoretical reference and practical guidance for hospital material management.
