高速发展的全新社会经济模式必然对医疗卫生公共服务的需求不断增多,使我国医疗卫生服务体系面临着全新的发展形势,构建全新城市医疗卫生服务体系对于公共卫生事业及人民医疗保障有着重要的战略意义。伴随我国社会环境与经济水平的日益改善,人民物质生活与精神生活不断获得满足,在追求生活质量的基础上,人民对于与之息息相关的医疗卫生服务供给水平越来越重视;而医疗卫生公共服务体系也直接影响社会不同个体乃至社会生活的正常发展,是关系到国计民生的头等大事。进入全新时代环境下,重新审视城市医疗卫生服务领域的重要作用,对于建立新型城市医疗卫生服务体系、促进我国人民医疗健康与公共卫生服务保障极其具有重要战略意义。通过不断提升我国各级医院医疗服务能力和医疗技术水平,将有利于进一步分流地域内的患者,减轻中心医院救治压力,解决困扰大众“看病难”的社会需求。文章通过研究我国各地区普遍存在的区域内医疗卫生公共服务情况现状,深入分析当前我国城市医疗卫生服务体系所面临的挑战,提出了构建新时期现代化城市医疗卫生服务体系的具体策略。

The rapidly developing new socio-economic model will inevitably increase the demand for medical and health public services,posing a new development situation for China's medical and health service system.Building a new urban medical and health service system has important strategic significance for public health undertakings and people's medical security.With the continuous improvement of China's social environment and economic level,people's material and spiritual lives continue to be satisfied.On the basis of pursuing quality of life,people are paying more and more attention to the supply level of medical and health services that are closely related to it.The medical and health public service system also directly affects the normal development of different individuals and even social life,and is a top country related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In the context of entering a new era,re-examining the important role of urban medical and health services is of great strategic significance for establishing a new urban medical and health service system and promoting the guarantee of medical and public health services for the Chinese people.By continuously improving the medical service capacity and medical technology level of hospitals at all levels in China,it will be beneficial to further divert patients within the region,reduce the treatment pressure of central hospitals,and solve the social needs that plague the public with"difficult medical treatment".This article proposes specific strategies for building a modern urban medical and health service system in the new era by studying the current situation of medical and health public services in various regions of China,deeply analyzing the challenges faced by the current urban medical and health service system.
