2020—2022年济南市章丘区各级医疗机构消毒效果监测报告分析

Analysis of Disinfection Effect Monitoring Report of Medical Institutions at All Levels in Zhangqiu District Jinan City From 2020 to 2022

目的了解济南市章丘区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,为提高医疗机构消毒质量和管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用现场抽样法及细菌定量检验方法,对2020年1月—2022年12月济南市章丘区各级医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果进行评价。结果共采集2649份,其中合格2059份,总合格率为77.73%(2059/2649)。合格率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.001);不同级别医疗机构比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液合格率在不同级别医疗机构间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2020—2022年济南市章丘区各级医疗机构消毒效果合格率逐年提高,压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌器械消毒液合格率较高,医护人员手和物体表面合格率较低,市属医院的合格率高于乡镇(街道办事处)卫生院、村卫生室及个体诊所,要重点加强基层医疗机构消毒质量督导和技术性指导工作。

Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city,and provide scientific basis for improving the disinfection quality and management level of medical institutions.Methods Using on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative testing methods,the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city from January 2020 to December 2022 were sampled,monitored and evaluated.Results A total of 2649 samples were collected,of which 2059 were qualified,total qualification rate was 77.73%(2059/2649),and the qualification rate showed an increasing trend year by year(P<0.001).There was statistically significant differences in comparison between different levels of medical institutions(P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rates of medical staff's hands,object surfaces,and disinfectant used among different levels of medical institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection effectiveness in medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city from 2020 to 2022 has been increasing year by year.The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizers and sterile instrument disinfectants is relatively high,and the qualified rate of medical staff's hands and object surfaces is relatively low.The qualified rate of municipal hospitals is higher than that of township(street office)health centers,village clinics,and individual clinics.It is necessary to focus on strengthening the quality supervision and technical guidance of disinfection in grassroots medical institutions.
