基于跨理论模型的家庭跟进式护理在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用分析

Application analysis of family follow-up nursing based on cross theoretical models in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的:探讨基于跨理论模型(TTM)的家庭跟进式护理在妊娠期高血压(PIH)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年7月本院收治的PIH患者90例,使用随机数字表进行分组。对照组共纳入患者45例,接受常规护理;研究组共纳入患者45例,在对照组的基础上接受基于TTM模型的家庭跟进式护理。比较两组遵医行为、血压水平、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)与健康调查简表(SF-36)评分情况。结果:遵医行为调查显示,与对照组总依从率82.22%相比,研究组总依从率97.78%更高(P<0.05)。两组干预前血压值、GSES、SF-36评分对比,结果均无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组干预后的结果相比,研究组舒张压、收缩压更低(P<0.05),GSES、SF-36评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:基于TTM的家庭跟进式护理能够提高PIH患者的遵医行为与血压控制效果,改善其自我效能感,保障生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of family follow-up nursing based on cross theoretical model(TTM)in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:90 PIH patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into groups by a random number table.A total of 45 patients were included in the control group and received routine care;a total of 45 patients were included in the study group,who received home follow-up care based on the TTM model on the basis of the control group.Compare the scores of compliance behavior,blood pressure,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and health survey questionnaire(SF-36)between two groups.Results:A survey on medical compliance behavior showed that compared to the control group with a total compliance rate of 82.22%,the study group had a higher total compliance rate of 97.78%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure,GSES,and SF-36 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);Compared with the results of intervention in the control group,the study group had lower diastolic and systolic blood pressure values(P<0.05),and higher GSES and SF-36 scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family follow-up nursing based on TTM can improve the compliance behavior and blood pressure control effect of PIH patients,improve their self-efficacy,and ensure their quality of life.
