梁繁荣教授“治神和脏”学术思想论治新冠后失眠经验撷英

Experience of Professor Liang Fanrong's theory of“Zhi-Shen-He-Zang”in treating insomnia after COVID-19

本文从理论源流、治法、选穴处方及操作要点探析梁繁荣教授“治神和脏”学术思想在新冠后失眠的运用经验。梁繁荣教授认为新冠后失眠病因病机在于疠气扰神,神受邪扰,或疠气伤脏,脏不藏神,神失所养,致神不入舍,出现寤寐失常,或难以入寐,或寐而易醒,或寐而多梦。临证治疗以“治神和脏”为治则,选取头项部腧穴及背俞穴通督治神,募原穴或俞募穴相配调和脏腑,针刺手法强调虚实有别,补泻有度,对于阳虚失眠伴抑郁者辅以督脉火龙灸温阳开郁以增效,并附验案1则,以期为针灸治疗新冠后失眠提供参考。

This article summarizes the theoretical origin,therapeutic principle,acupoint selection and manipulation essentials of Professor Liang Fanrong's theory of“Zhi-Shen-He-Zang”in treating insomnia after COVID-19.Professor Liang believes that the pathogenesis of insomnia after COVID-19 includes the epidemic pathogens disturbing sprint,or damaging the viscera,which resulting in the failure of viscera storing sprint,nourishing sprint.Finally,the sprint can’t live in the viscera and brain.The consequence is disorder of sleeping and awakening,the manifestation of which are sleep difficulty,easy to wake up,or dreaminess.Treatment principle is curing spirit and harmonizing viscera.Select acupoints located on head,neck,and back-shu points for dredging the Du vessel and curing sprint.Select front-Mu and Yuan-primary points or back-Shu and front-Mu points for harmonizing viscera.Professor Liang emphasizes the difference between deficiency and excess,the balance between reinforcing and reducing in the process of manipulation.Applying Fire Dragon moxibustion along Du vessel to warm yang and open depression for yang-deficiency insomnia accompanied with depression benefits better therapeutic effects.In this article,we reports one case as a reference to acupuncture treatment for insomnia after COVID-19.
