支气管镜灌洗对重症支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及症状改善时间的影响

The effect of bronchoscopy lavage on lung function and symptom improvement time in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探究支气管镜灌洗对重症支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及症状改善时间的影响.方法选取南华大学附属长沙中心医院儿科2022年5月-2023年12月期间收治的102例重症支原体肺炎患儿开展研究,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(予以常规对症治疗)、观察组(在常规对症治疗基础上辅以支气管镜灌洗),每组各51例,对比疗效.结果治疗7d后,观察组总有效率为96.08%,较对照组的82.35%高(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、WBC及PCT水平较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组肺功能改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论支气管镜灌洗疗效确切,利于改善肺功能,缓解症状,考虑与抑制患儿肺部血清炎症反应有关.

Objective To investigate the effect of bronchoscopy lavage on lung function and symptom improvement time in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A study was conducted on 102 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our pediatric department from May 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine symptomatic treatment)and an observation group(receiving bronchoscopy lavage in addition to routine symptomatic treatment),with 51 cases in each group,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of 96.08%in the observation group was higher than 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,WBC,and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the degree of improvement in lung function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoscopic lavage has a definite therapeutic effect,is beneficial for improving lung function,alleviating symptoms,and is considered to be related to inhibiting the serum inflammatory response in the lungs of pediatric patients.
