处方前置审核在门诊药房的效果及对合理用药的影响

Effect of prescription pre-audit in outpatient pharmacy and its influence on rational drug use

目的观察处方前置审核在门诊药房中的应用效果并分析处方前置审核对合理用药的影响.方法选取2022年10月-2023年4月期间中山市人民医院门诊药房接收到的136张处方,设为对照组,予以常规管理;选取2023年5月-10月期间该院门诊药房接收到的136张处方,设为研究组,加行处方前置审核.对比两组的不合理处方出现率、药房工作人员对处方审核工作的满意度评分、不良事件发生率.结果研究组的不合理处方出现率(1.47%)比对照组(8.82%)低,不良事件发生率(0.74%)比对照组(5.88%)低,P<0.05.药房工作人员对处方审核结果的满意度评分均比对照组高,P<0.05.结论处方前置审核对门诊药房的处方审核情况、药物合理应用、不良事件发生风险均有积极影响.

Objective To observe the effect of prescription pre-audit in outpatient pharmacy and analyze the influence of rational drug use.Methods A total of 136 prescriptions received by outpatient pharmacies from October 2022 to April 2023 were as control group.A total of 136 prescriptions received by outpatient pharmacies from May to October of the same year were selected and assigned to a study group for prescription pre-audit.The occurrence rate of irrational prescriptions,the satisfaction score of pharmacy staff on prescription audit and the incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of unreasonable prescription(1.47%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(8.82%),and the rate of adverse events(0.74%)was lower than that in the control group(5.88%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of pharmacy staff was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prescription pre-audit has positive effects on the prescription audit,rational drug use and risk of adverse events in outpatient pharmacy.
