章贡区60岁以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of willingness to receive influenza vaccination and its related influencing factors among the elderly over 60 years old in Zhanggong District

目的分析章贡区60岁以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿及其相关影响因素.方法于2023年9月-2023年12月,采用分层随机整体抽样法,抽取章贡区3个街道、2个乡镇的417名60岁以上老年人,使用自制流感疫苗接种意愿问卷调查其流感疫苗接种意愿,并采集老年人相关资料,纳入可能的因素,经Logistic回归分析检验章贡区60岁以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿的相关影响因素.结果417名60岁以上老年人中有219名不愿接种流感疫苗,占52.52%;经Logistic回归分析检验显示,居住在农村、文化程度初中以下、自评健康状况良好、合并基础疾病≤2个是章贡区60岁以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论章贡区60岁以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿相对低下,受居住地、文化程度、自评健康状况、合并基础疾病数目因素影响,可据此加强流感疫苗宣教,分析疫苗接种的益处,以提高老年人流感疫苗接种意愿.

Objective To analyze the willingness of influenza vaccination and its related influencing factors among the elderly aged over 60 years in Zhanggong District.Methods From September 2023 to December 2023,417 elderly people aged 60 years or older from three streets and two townships in Zhanggong District were selected by stratified random overall sampling method,and their willingness to receive influenza vaccination was investigated by using a homemade questionnaire on willingness to receive influenza vaccination,and relevant information about the elderly was collected to incorporate the possible factors,which were examined by Logistic regression analysis to test the willingness to receive influenza vaccination of elderly people aged 60 years or older in Zhanggong District.Relevant influencing factors of influenza vaccination willingness of the elderly.Results 219 out of 417 elderly people over 60 years old were unwilling to receive influenza vaccination,accounting for 52.52%.Logistic regression analysis showed that living in rural areas,having an education level of less than junior high school,having a good self-assessed health status,and having≤2 comorbid basic illnesses were the influencing factors on the willingness to receive influenza vaccination among elderly people aged over 60 years old in Zhanggong District(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The relatively low willingness to receive influenza vaccination among the elderly over 60 years old in Zhanggong District is influenced by the number of factors such as place of residence,education level,self-assessed health status,and number of co-morbid underlying diseases,according to which influenza vaccine education can be strengthened and the benefits of vaccination can be analyzed in order to improve the willingness of the elderly to receive influenza vaccination.
