摘要
目的探讨在临床护理实习教学中采用线上线下混合式教学模式,对提升本科护生临床思维能力与实践能力的效果.方法选取在某三级医院妇产科实习的护理专业本科学生,将2019级实习护生50名列为对照组,采用传统教学模式,2020级实习护生50名列为研究组,采用线上线下混合式教学模式.实习结束后对两组的临床思维能力、临床实践能力及教学满意度进行评价.结果研究组临床思维能力总分(109.76±11.94)、临床实践能力总分(206.62±16.69)及教学满意度总分(84.14±8.71)明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论线上线下混合教学模式能够提高护生临床实习主观能动性及促进团队合作,提高临床思维能力与实践能力,提升了临床教学质量与教学满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of adopting online and offline mixed teaching mode in clinical nursing practice teaching to improve the clinical thinking ability and practical ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods The undergraduate students majoring in nursing practice in obstetrics and gynecology of a tertiary hospital were selected,50 nursing students of 2019 were listed as the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted,50 nursing students of 2020 were listed as the research group,and the mixed online and offline mixed teaching mode was adopted.After the internship,the clinical thinking ability,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total score of clinical thinking ability(109.76±11.94),clinical practice ability(206.62±16.69)and teaching satisfaction(84.14±8.71)were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed online and offline teaching mode can promote the subjective initiative and teamwork of nursing students in clinical practice,improve the clinical thinking ability and practical ability,and improve the clinical teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
