黄连、黄柏、蒲黄金胺O染色和人工增重检测

Analysis on Auramine O staining and artificial weight gain of Coptidis Rhizoma,Cortex Phellodendri and Typhae Pollen

摘要 目的考察流通环节中黄连、黄柏、蒲黄中药材及中药饮片非法添加金胺O染色和人工增重情况.方法利用薄层色谱法(TLC)和液质联用法(HPLC-MS/MS)考察205批黄连、黄柏、蒲黄样品金胺O染色情况;利用总灰分测定法考察125批黄连和蒲黄样品人工增重情况.结果205批黄连、黄柏和蒲黄样品中检出10批样品不合格,总合格率为95.12%.TLC检出3批蒲黄和3批黄柏金胺O染色;HPLC-MS/MS检出10批蒲黄和8批黄柏金胺O染色,含量低于TLC检出限(25μg·g^(-1)).结论流通环节中黄连、黄柏、蒲黄质量尚可,但仍存在金胺O染色和人工增重情况,生产、流通等环节需加强监管. Objective To inspect and test auramine O and artificial weight gain of 205 batches of commercially available Coptidis Rhizoma,cortex phellodendri and Typhae Pollen medicinal materials and decoction pieces.Methods Auramine O in a total of 205 batches of Coptidis Rhizoma,cortex phellodendri and Typhae Pollen were tested by TLC and HPLC-MS/MS according to the supplementary inspection methods of the General Food and Drug Administration.Artificial weight gain of 125 batches of Coptidis Rhizoma and Typhae Pollen were analyzed by total ash test according to the Pharmacopoeia standards.Results 10 batches of samples of the 205 batches of Coptidis Rhizoma,cortex phellodendri and Typhae Pollen were disqualification.The total qualification rate was 95.12%.Auramine O in 3 batches of Typhae Pollen and 3 batches of Cortex Phellodendri were detected by TLC.While auramine O in another 10 batches of Typhae Pollen and 8 batches of Cortex Phellodendri were detected by HPLC-MS/MS below the detection limit of TLC(25μg·g^(-1)).Conclusion Most of Coptidis Rhizoma,cortex phellodendri and Typhae Pollen medicinal materials and decoction pieces are qualified,but there areunreasonable phenomena in production,circulation and use,so it is necessary to strengthen supervision and management.
