长输管道机械夹具堵漏技术分析

摘要 管道因腐蚀穿孔、裂纹、焊缝开裂造成少量油气泄漏情形,宜采用临时性快速堵漏技术。相对换管、B型套筒修复技术,机械夹具具有安装简便、无焊接风险优点。介绍了国内螺栓紧固夹具和泄漏堵漏夹具关键性能参数。介绍了国外管道机械夹具堵漏技术现状,包括海底管道堵漏技术、管道发生形变堵漏技术以及智能堵漏技术。最后提出了管道机械夹具堵漏技术重要研究方向,包括提高机具堵漏压力、密封性能以及响应速度、安装时效性。 Temporary rapid plugging technology should be used for small oil and gas leaks caused by corrosion,cracks,and weld cracking in pipelines.Compared to pipe replacement and B-type sleeve repair technology,mechanical clamp have the advantages of easy installation and no welding risk.Introduced the key performance parameters of domestic bolt fastening clamp and leak plugging clamp.The paper introduces the current status of foreign pipeline mechanical clamp plugging technology,including submarine pipeline plugging technology,pipeline deformation plugging technology,and intelligent plugging technology.Finally,important research directions for pipeline mechanical clamp plugging technology were proposed,including improving the plugging pressure,sealing performance,response speed,and installation timeliness of the equipment.
