住宅建筑节能检测与节能工程质量控制研究

摘要 为解决住宅建筑能耗过大,节能工程未充分发挥出节能作用的问题,本文采用理论结合实践的方法,立足住宅建筑节能检测的必要性,分析了住宅建筑节能检测的方法,以及节能工程质量控制措施。分析结果表明,明确节能检测内容,选择合适的检测技术,合理应用PDCA循环管理控制模式,可有效保障住宅建筑节能质量,促使我国节能建筑稳定发展。 In order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption in residential buildings and insufficient energy-saving effect of energy-saving engineering,this article adopts a combination of theory and practice,based on the necessity of energy-saving testing in residential buildings,analyzes the methods of energy-saving testing in residential buildings,and proposes quality control measures for energy-saving engineering.The analysis results indicate that clarifying the content of energy-saving testing,selecting appropriate testing techniques,and applying the PDCA cycle management control mode reasonably can effectively ensure the energy-saving quality of residential buildings and promote the stable development of energy-saving buildings in China.
