某核电厂消防水管道腐蚀原因分析

摘要 某核电厂常规岛喷水灭火系统的消防喷淋管道频繁发生腐蚀穿孔。本文从消防喷淋管道的运行环境、定期试验规程、防腐措施、腐蚀形貌特点等方面开展了系统分析。结果表明,采用内外镀锌防腐措施的消防喷淋管道设计为内部通空气的预作用灭火系统,在开展定期试验后,部分水平布置的管道留有残水,在含氧条件下发生腐蚀穿孔。 The fire sprinkler pipes of the conventional island sprinkler system of a nuclear power plant frequently suffer from corrosion and perforation.This article systematically analyzes the operating environment,regular testing procedures,anti-corrosion measures,and corrosion morphology characteristics of fire sprinkler pipelines.On the surface of the results,the fire sprinkler pipeline designed with internal and external galvanized anti-corrosion measures is a pre action fire extinguishing system with internal air circulation.After conducting regular tests,some horizontally arranged pipelines have residual water,which causes corrosion perforation under oxygen-containing conditions.
