摘要
为解决传统转动摩擦阻尼器阻尼力随加载位移不断变化问题,提出了双摩擦铰阻尼器形式,在设计位移范围内阻尼力较为恒定。对双摩擦铰阻尼器滞回性能开展了试验研究,对比了不同摩擦片试件的试验现象,标定了起滑位移、摩擦系数等主要特征参数,其中铜纤维摩擦片摩擦系数约为0.27,钢铜板摩擦片摩擦系数约为0.18,提出了阻尼器恢复力模型;识别了预紧力、摩擦面数、累计加载位移等参数对不同摩擦片试件的预紧力损失、摩擦力、摩擦系数等参数主要影响规律。
In order to solve the issue of the continuous change in damping force with load displacement in traditional rotational friction damper,a double friction hinge damper has been proposed,which maintains a relatively constant damping force within the designed displacement range.Experimental studies are conducted on the hysteresis performance of the double friction hinge damper.The test phenomena of different friction material specimens are compared.Key characteristic parameters such as slip displacement and friction coefficient are calibrated.The copper fiber friction plate exhibites an approximate coefficient of friction of 0.27,whereas the steel-copper friction plate demonstrated a coefficient of approximately 0.18.The restoring force model of damper is proposed.The primary influence patterns of parameters like pretension,the number of friction surfaces,and cumulative load displacement on the pretension loss,frictional force,and friction coefficient of different friction material specimens are identified.
