加强基础学科拔尖创新人才培养,是助力教育强国、科技强国、人才强国建设的关键所在。基础学科拔尖创新人才项目的持续推进,构建了招生与培养贯通的基础学科拔尖创新人才教育体系,为经济社会发展提供了有力人才支持。但在实施过程中,仍然存在选拔途径相对单一、培养模式相对趋同、评价标准较为落后等问题。基于此,建议通过拓宽人才培养多元渠道、建立人才培养特色模式和完善人才培养评价体系等途径,着力提升基础学科拔尖创新人才培养质量。
