摘要
教师课程领导力的提升是基础教育改革不断深化的应然需求,也是教育高质量发展的必然要求。教师课程领导力的提升需要基于实践经验。本文主要阐述如何基于学校课程实践经验促进教师能力提升,选取实践案例,聚焦教师课程实施领导力、课程设计领导力和课程评价领导力三方面,从实践反思与经验总结的视角,梳理形成源于实践的教师课程领导力提升策略。
The enhancement of teachers'curriculum leadership is a natural requirement for the continuous deepening of basic education reform and an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education.The improvement of teachers'curriculum leadership needs to be based on practical experience.This article mainly elaborates on how to promote the improvement of teachers'abilities based on school curriculum practice experience,selects practical cases,focuses on three aspects of teachers'curriculum implementation leadership,curriculum design leadership,and curriculum evaluation leadership,and from the perspective of practical reflection and experience summary,sorts out and forms strategies for improving teachers'curriculum leadership derived from practice.
