摘要
主变冷却器控制柜为主变配套设备,自动控制原理为温度、负荷信号通过继电器进行控制。本文介绍了一种新型主变冷却器控制柜,其采用微控单元(可编程控制器)作为主控核心器件,触摸屏作为人机交互界面,交流接触器或无触点开关(软启动器)作为功率执行元件,断路器、热继电器、相序缺相继电器作为保护元件。主变冷却器控制柜换型,极大地提高了机组设备安全运行的可靠性,杜绝了因主变冷却器控制柜的原因导致的故障扩大,同时提高了电厂机组安全运行的可靠性,满足了机组的经济性要求。
The cooler control cabinet of the main transformer is the auxiliary equipment of the main transformer,and the automatic control principle is that the temperature and load signals are controlled by relays.This paper introduces a new type of main transformer cooler control cabinet,which adopts a micro-control unit(programmable controller)as the main control core device,a touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface,an Ac contactor or a contactless switch(soft starter)as the power execution element,and a circuit breaker,a thermal relay and phase sequence missing relay as protection elements.By changing the cooler control cabinet of the main transformer,the reliability of safe operation of the unit equipment is greatly improved,and the fault expansion caused by the cooler control cabinet of the main transformer is eliminated.At the same time,the reliability of safe operation of the power plant unit is improved to meet the economic requirements of the unit.
