一种核安全级算法组态自动生成方法的研究与应用

摘要 算法组态是核电站运行的重要单元,需要经过图纸设计、校核、绘制等多个环节才能完成组态工作。通常情况下,设计图纸通过人工组态方式转换为算法组态文件,对设计人员要求较高,且需要对完成的算法组态进行校核,时间成本和工期较长。本文基于我国首个具有自主知识产权的核安全级数字化控制保护系统平台-“和睦系统”,提出了一种核安全级算法组态自动生成的方法,通过规定规范的中间格式,实现了算法设计图纸到算法组态的自动化生成。该方法支持不同种类的工程图转换为算法组态。在阳江核电站等8个实际核电DCS项目的成功试用中,此方法加快了设计周期,缩短了核电站项目的准备时间,对其他行业的算法组态自动化提供了借鉴意义。 Algorithmic configuration is a crucial component of nuclear power plant operation,which can only be completed by drawing design,verification and drawing.In general,the design drawings are converted into algorithm configuration files by manual configuration,which requires high requirements for designers,and needs to check the completed algorithm configuration,so the time cost and construction period are long.In this paper,based on the first nuclear safety level digital control and protection system platform with independent intellectual property rights-"FirmSys",a method of automatic generation of nuclear safety level algorithm configuration is proposed.By defining a standardized intermediate format,the automatic generation of algorithm design drawings to algorithm configuration is realized.This method supports the conversion of different kinds of engineering drawings to algorithm configuration.Through the successful trial in 8 practical nuclear power DcS projects such as Yangjiang nuclear power plant,the automatic generation method is verified.This method accelerates the design cycle,shortens the preparation time of nuclear power plant projects,and provides reference for other industries'algorithm configuration automation.
