扩建桥梁拼接带多功能整体吊架设计与施工

摘要 针对扩建桥梁拼接带传统施工方法存在的问题,提出了一种新型拼接带多功能整体吊架方案,并结合抗干扰混凝土的应用,形成不中断交通的拼接带施工方法。该新型吊架体系集施工作业平台、模板以及道路兜底等功能于一体,最大程度降低了对交通、环境的影响;同时该吊架整体刚度大且不破坏拼接带,有效提高拼接带施工质量。 This article proposed a new type of multifunctional integral suspension device with splicing strips,and combined it with anti disturbance concrete to form the uninterrupted traffic splicing strip construction methods.This new suspension system integrated functions such as construction operation platform,formwork,and road bottom cover,minimized the impact on traffic and environment to the greatest extent.At the same time,the hanger had the advantages of high overall stiffness and not damaging the splicing strip,effectively improved the construction quality of the splicing strip.
