减小阻水效应的航道桥下部结构改造方案研究

摘要 以某航道桥改扩建工程为背景,创新性提出一套减小阻水效应的下部结构改造方案。通过将新浇筑承台设置于河床泥面以下,有效降低阻水比,同时提出楔形自锁连接结构,保障新浇筑承台与既有桩基以贯穿形式形成安全可靠连接。新浇筑承台完工后还将作为后续改造施工的作业平台,节省常规方法临时措施的成本。整套方案将改造需求与原桥特点充分结合,施工便捷,并具有良好的经济性。 Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of a channel bridge,a set of substructure reconstruction scheme to reduce the water blocking effect was innovatively proposed.By setting the new cast-in-place platform below the riverbed mud surface,the water resistance ratio was effectively reduced.At the same time,the wedge self-locking connection structure was proposed to ensure the safe and reliable connection between the new platform and the existing pile foundation in the form of penetration.After the completion of the new platform,it would also be used as a working platform for subsequent renovation construction,which saved the cost of temporary measures required by conventional methods.The whole scheme fully combined the reconstruction requirements with the characteristics of the original bridge,which was convenient in construction and has good economy.
