近年来,随着环烯烃共聚物(COP/COC)技术的进步和市场需求的增长,该行业内的领先机构在技术创新方面取得了不少新进展。尤其以日本瑞翁、宝理以及国内阿科力和拓烯科技等为代表的企业不断取得技术突破。通过剖析不同企业专利技术发现,日本瑞翁通过优化工艺条件、改进催化剂结构以及开发新型化合物取得多项技术突破;日本宝理公司集中改进催化剂结构提高了环烯烃聚合物合成效率;阿科力公司采用新的催化剂和反应条件实现了技术创新;拓烯科技持续探索双核茂金属化合物在合成环烯烃共聚物工艺中的应用。
In recent years,with the advancement of technology and the growth of market demand in cycloolefin copolymers(COP/COC),the industry's leading companies have made many new advances in technological innovation.The company continues to obtain innovations such as Zeon Corporation,Polyplastics,Acryl,and TopOlefin.Based on their different patented technologies.It can be found that Zeon Corporation has made many technological breakthroughs by optimizing process conditions,improving catalyst structure and developing new compounds,the change of catalyst structure improved the synthesis efficiency of cycloolefin polymer by Polyplastics,Acryl acquires technological innovation through the adoption of new catalysts and reaction conditions,TopOlefin explores the application of binuclear metallocene compounds in the process of synthesizing cycloolefin copolymers.
