铑催化剂在丁腈橡胶加氢中的研究进展

摘要 氢化丁腈橡胶的制备方法主要有乙烯-丙烯腈共聚,乳液加氢和溶液加氢3种方法,其中溶液加氢是主要制备方法。铑催化剂由于具有较好的催化活性和选择性,在橡胶加氢领域得到了广泛应用。介绍了铑催化剂在丁腈橡胶溶液催化加氢中的应用情况,并指出了铑催化剂存在的一些问题。可以通过挖掘新的催化剂配体和催化剂载体,以及对常规载体进行改性等途径来解决存在的一些问题。 The preparation methods of hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber mainly include ethylene acrylonitrile copolymerization,emulsion hydrogenation,and solution hydrogenation,the solution hydrogenation is the main preparation method.Rhodium catalysts have been widely used in the field of rubber hydrogenation due to their good catalytic activity and selectivity.The application of rhodium catalysts in the catalytic hydrogenation of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber solutions was introduced,and some problems of rhodium catalysts are also pointed out.These problems can be solved by exploring new catalyst ligands and carriers,as well as modifying conventional carriers.
