摘要
为提高SCR催化剂再生过程中的产物钨酸钠中所含硅、磷、硫杂质的去除效率,通过结合氧化脱硫法、镁盐法和明胶絮凝法,对含钨、钒的钨酸钠富集液进行净化后探究了沉淀剂的加入量、溶液的pH、反应时间及反应温度对杂质去除效率的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。在最佳工艺参数条件下,S、Si、P的去除率分别达到92.3%、92.93%和39.23%,钨钒损失率低于10%。
In order to improve the removal efficiency of silicon,phosphorus,sulfur and other impurities contained in sodium tungstate in the SCR catalyst regeneration process,by combining oxidative desulfurization,magnesium salt and gelatin flocculation,the effects of precipitant addition,pH,reaction time and reaction temperature on the impurity removal efficiency were investigated after purification of sodium tungstate-containing tungsten and vanadium-containing solution,to confirm the best process parameters.Under the best process parameters,the removal rate of S,Si and P can separately reach 92.3%,92.93%and 39.23%,the loss rate of tungsten vanadium is lower than 10%.
