摘要
建立了火试金重量法测定含氯金物料中金含量,采用调整试剂加入量的方式将氯固定于熔渣中,消除氯对金测定的干扰,提高测定结果的准确性和稳定性。研究了称样质量、控温程序、配料方式、二次试金等因素对消火试金重量法测定含氯金物料中金量测定的影响。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.35%~0.74%(n=8),样品加标回收率为96.6%~101.4%。该方法适用于含氯金物料中金的准确测定。
It established an establishment method for gold content in chlorine-containing gold material by fire-assay gravimetric method,it adopted a method that adjusts the agent addition amount to fixed chlorine on smelting slag,and then the effect of chlorine on gold measurement can be eliminated,the accuracy and stability of testing results were improved.It studied the effect factors(weighing sample quality,temperature control procedure,proportion method,secondary assay,and so on)on gold content measuring in chlorine-containing material.The relative standard deviation of measuring results of the method is 0.35%~0.74%(n=8),the addition standard recovery rate of sample is 96.6%~101.4%.The method is appropriate for the accuracy determination of gold in chlorine-containing materials.
