非制冷红外热成像技术在锌电解槽温度监测中的研究及应用

摘要 针对锌电解过程中发热极板、发热导电头(条)难于查找和定位等问题,采用基于非制冷红外热成像技术的温度监测系统,对电解槽整片区域进行24 h在线监测,实现温度实时监测与记录、超温预警、发热点定位和统计等功能,为槽面周期管理、发热极板及发热导电头(条)的处理,提供了监测手段和定位工具,使得电锌产量、直流电耗等关键技术指标的提升超过8%。 The heat-generating plate and heat-generating conductive head(strip)in the zinc electrolysis process are hard to find and locate,so the temperature monitoring system based on uncooled infrared imaging technology is adopted to solve the problem,24 h online monitoring is carried out for the whole area of electrolytic cells,it can realize temperature real-time monitoring and record,over-temperature warning,the orientation of heating point,as well as statistics and the other functions,it provides monitoring manner and orientation tools for cycle management of cell surface,heating plate and heating conductive head(strip),then the output of electro-zinc,DC power consumption and the other critical technical indicators over 8%.
