整流机组高效冷却技术研究及应用

摘要 铝电解整流机组水风冷却系统夏季运行时,15个3 kW风机全开,冷却水温度依然保持在40℃以上,针对跳闸风险高、耗电量高等问题,将冷却方式由水风冷改为水水冷,定制了8套不锈钢封闭式水冷装置接入到8台整流机组中,改后只需开启一个3 kW喷淋泵和一个1.1 kW风机,冷却水温度就可保持在35℃以下,耗电量降幅达90%,可节约用电成本99万元/a。 When the water air cooling system of rectifier units of aluminum electrolysis operates in summer,15 fans with 3 kW power are all opened,the cooling water temperature remains more than 40℃,it has high trip risk,high power consumption,and other problems,then it set 8 sets of stainless steel closed water cooling devices connected with 8 rectifier units.Then only one 3 kW spray pump and one 1.1 kW fan need to be turned on,the temperature of cooling water can be kept under 35℃,the drop in power consumption reaches 90%,then the cost of electricity can be saved by¥990000 yuan per year.
