摘要
电解铝行业的温室气体减排是当前亟需破解的课题,从绿色低碳转型、技术研发等方面深入研究其减排路径,结果表明:铝冶炼边界温室气体排放结构中,电耗产生的间接排放、炭阳极消耗排放、生产过程的排放、燃料燃烧的排放依次递减。从多个维度提出了减排途径及应对措施,实施减排措施后,产能30万t/a规模可减排二氧化碳21.6万t/a。
The emission reduction of greenhouse gas in the electrolytic aluminum industry is an issue that needs to be solved urgently.The emission reduction route was studied from aspects of green and low-carbon transformation,technology research and development,and so on.Results show:in the greenhouse gases emissions structure of aluminum smelting boundary,the following processes that the indirect emissions of electricity consumption,carbon anode consumption emissions,emissions from the production process,and fuel combustion have descending order.The emission reduction and the corresponding measures were proposed from the multiple dimensions,the stannic oxide emission reduction can reach 216,000 t/a when the capacity scale is 300,000 t/a after the emission reduction measures are put into effect.
