基于赋能教育的程序设计通识课程教学改革及课程建设

摘要 通过国内外“程序设计”课程对比,引出当前程序设计通识课的痛点,提出基于赋能教育的程序设计通识课程教学改革及课程建设方案,重点从教学目标:知识传授转向能力培养,重在赋能教育;教学内容:取舍遵循以学生为中心,契合专业及社会需求;重构教学模式:引入“轴反转”,先能力后知识,知识为能力服务;教学设计:以“教”为中心向以“学”为中心转变。通过这几个方面进行阐述及教学实践,旨在为程序设计通识课程教学找到一条“教”与“学”和谐统一的实施方案。 By comparing programming courses at home and abroad,this paper draws out the pain points of current programming general courses,proposes the teaching reform and curriculum construction plan of programming general courses based on empowerment education,and focuses on the elaboration and practice of teaching objective transformation from knowledge imparting to ability cultivation,teaching content following the Student-centered method and professional needs of students,reconstructing teaching mode based on“Axix Reversal”to make knowledge serves ability,teaching design from“Teaching”to“Learning”transformation,and other aspects.The aim of the elaboration and teaching practice is to find a harmonious and unified implementation scheme of“teaching”and“learning”for the teaching of programming general courses.
