“双高计划”背景下高职院校实践教学体系构建思考

摘要 基于“双高计划”背景,深入探讨构建适应产业发展需求、培育高素质技术技能人才的实践教学体系。梳理了“双高计划”对高职院校实践教学体系的新要求,针对存在的问题,提出了在目标定位、课程体系整合、校企合作机制、师资队伍建设、实践条件建设、教学方法与评价体系,以及政策支持与制度保障等方面的建设策略,并通过解析北京农业职业学院实践教学体系等案例,为高职教育改革与发展提供实践参考。 Based on the background of“Double High Plan”,this paper deeply discusses how to build a practical teaching system to meet the needs of industrial development and cultivate high-quality technical talents.This paper reviews the new requirements of the“Double High Plan”on the practical teaching system of higher vocational colleges.In view of the existing problems,it puts forward construction strategies in the aspects of target positioning,curriculum system integration,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,teacher team construction,practice conditions construction,teaching methods and evaluation system,policy support and system guarantee.Through analyzing the practical teaching system of“Beijing Agricultural Vocational College”and other cases,it provides practical reference for the reform and development of higher vocational education.
