高职“教师音乐技能”课程思政融合研究

摘要 将思政元素引入高职教师音乐技能教育专业课程上,是在新的教育、教学观念指引下提出的一项新的教改思路。通过分析课程思政融入高职“教师音乐技能”课堂教学中的困境,探讨出二者相融合的教学创新路径,对课程分类进行创新,建立思政要素库扩展教师的教学内容。抓住学科特色,以音乐文化为依托,加强思政元素,加强教师技能培养,优化教学计划,健全教学制度。拓展实践形式,从打造特色思想政治教育环境方面入手,讨论了人才培养的最优结构,从而促进了教育与教学工作。 Introducing ideological and political elements into the music skills education curriculum of vocational colleges is a new educational reform idea proposed under the guidance of new education and teaching concepts.This article analyzes the difficulties of integrating ideological and political education into the music skills teaching of vocational colleges,explores the innovative path of integrating the two,innovates the classification of courses,and establishes a bank of ideological and political elements to expand the teaching content of teachers.It grasps the characteristics of the discipline,relies on music culture,and strengthens ideological and political elements and the cultivation of teaching skills optimizes teaching plans,and improves teaching systems.Starting from expanding practical forms and creating a distinctive ideological and political education environment,the optimal structure for talent cultivation was discussed,thereby promoting education and teaching work in China.
