“三全育人”的目标是在高校强化基础、突出重点、定立规范、落实责任,把构建全面规范、科学运行、有效保障的高校思想政治工作体系整合起来,使思想政治工作体系能够整合学科体系、教学体系、教材体系和管理体系,有利于把青年大学生培养成高素质人才,使其成为拥有社会主义核心价值观的社会主义建设者和接班人。新时代党建工作被赋予新使命,医学院校可通过党建引领,与“三全育人”协同合力,丰富医学院校学生党建科学内涵,构建医学院校学生党建与“三全育人”协同实现路径,不断提升党组织在医学生群体中的影响力,强化医学生综合素质,巩固校园意识形态地位,培养一批拥护中国共产党的领导、树立理想目标、掌握专业技能、全心全意为人民服务的高素质医学人才。

The goal of“Three-wide education”is to strengthen the foundation,highlight the key points,establish norms and implement responsibilities in colleges and universities.Integrating the construction of a comprehensive,standardized,scientifically operated and effectively safeguarded efficient ideological and political work system can help enable it to integrate the academicsystem,teaching system,and train young college students into high-quality talents and make them become socialist builders and successors with socialist core values.The party building work in the new era has been given a new mission.Through the guidance of party building,working together with the“Three-wide education”,medical colleges can enrich the scientific connotation of party building for medical college students,build a path for the collaborative realization of the party building for medical college students and the“Three-wide education”,constantly enhance the influence of party organizations among medical students,strengthen the comprehensive quality of medical students,consolidate the ideological status of the campus,and cultivate a group of high-quality medical talents who support the leadership of the Communist Party of China,set up ideal goals,master professional skills and serve the people wholeheartedly.
