摘要
本文采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定铜精矿有害元素,并对测量结果进行不确定度评定,分别对重复测量和定容体积、工作曲线和标准溶液的稀释、试样称量、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等影响测量不确定度的分量进行分析,为测定铜精矿有害元素的不确定度评定提供依据。
This article describes the use of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)to determine the levels of harmful elements in copper concentrate.It also discusses the assessment of measurement uncertainty by considering factors such as repeatability,volume adjustment,working curves,dilution of standard solutions,sample weighing,and the influence of the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer.These analyses provide a basis for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of harmful elements in copper concentrate.
