Cow's milk is a good source of high-quality protein,which is essential for maintaining the growth and repair of body tissues.Goat's milk contains similar nutrients to cow's milk,such as proteins,fats,calcium,and vitamins.Compared to cow's milk,the fat and protein structure in goat's milk is closer to human needs,making it easier to digest and tolerate.Therefore,goat's milk is often considered as an alternative to cow's milk,especially for individuals with lactose intolerance.Goat's milk has gained increasing attention due to its potential health benefits and unique taste.This review will explore the nutritional composition,health benefits,and current development status of cow's milk and goat's milk.
