一种宽频微带谐波滤波器设计

摘要 针对某项目S频段宽带固态功率放大器寄生输出的谐波分量过大,对其他系统产生干扰的问题,提出了一种微带高低阻抗相间连接宽频带谐波滤波器的结构形式,并基于ADS(Advanced Design System)电路仿真和HFSS(HighFrequency Structure Simulator)电磁结构仿真对该滤波器进行了仿真计算,该滤波器仿真结果很好地满足设计要求,最终完成了一种宽频带微带滤波器的设计。该滤波器设计方法简单,具有插入损耗和回波损耗低、功率容量适中、结构尺寸紧凑等特点。基于电路和电磁结构仿真进行了印制板加工。实测结果表明,该滤波器通带内插入损耗小于0.2dB,阻带抑制大于23dB,整个滤波器的尺寸约为:57.38mm(L)×30mm(W)×20mm(H),该滤波器实测结果与仿真结果有很好的吻合度,满足工程应用的要求。 In response to the problem of excessive parasitic harmonic components in the S-band broadband solid-state power amplifier output of a certain project,which causes interference to other systems,a structural form of microstrip high and low impedance connected broadband harmonic filter is proposed.Based on ADS(Advanced Design System)circuit simulation and HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator)electromagnetic structure simulation,the filter is simulated and calculated.The simulation results of the filter meet the design require-ments well,and a broadband microstrip filter design is finally completed.The design method of this filter is sim-ple,with low insertion and return losses,moderate power capacity,and compact structural dimensions.Based on circuit and electromagnetic structure simulation,printed circuit board machining is carried out.The meas-ured results show that the insertion loss within the passband of the filter is less than O0.2 dB,and the suppression in the stop-band is greater than 23 dB.The size of the filter is approximately 57.38 mm(L)×30 mm(W)×20 mm(H).The measured results of the filter are in good agreement with the simulation results,meeting the requirements of engineering application.
