The global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has had far-reaching consequences on public health, and the associated sleep problems are prevalent.Sleep disorders related to COVID-19 are associated with multiple factors. The article reviews the relevant literature and focuses on the inflammatory response after COVID-19,the attack of SARS-CoV-2 on the central nervous system, and the effect of SARS-CoV-2 on neurotransmitters,in an effort to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders related to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
