清单式教学联合一对一导师带教在非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训中的实践及效果

Practices and effects of checklist teaching method combined with one-to-one mentor teaching mode in standardization training for non-anesthesiology residents

摘要 目的探讨清单式教学联合一对一导师带教对非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年6月在海军军医大学第一附属医院麻醉科轮转的非麻醉专业住培医师作为对照组(82名),实施传统培养模式;选取2020年7月—2023年10月的非麻醉专业住培医师为观察组(97名),实施清单式教学联合一对一导师带教培养模式。比较两组住培医师的理论考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩及满意度(对教学内容、教学方法、教学态度、麻醉知识掌握满意度及总体满意度)。结果与对照组比较,观察组理论考核成绩,技能操作考核成绩,对教学方法、教学态度、麻醉知识掌握的满意度及总体满意度均较高(均P<0.05);两组对教学内容的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在非麻醉专业的麻醉科住培中应用清单式教学联合一对一导师带教培养模式,有助于教学效果的提升。 Objective To explore the effect of checklist teaching combined with one-to-one mentor teaching mode in the standardized training(hereinafter referred to as resident training)of non-anesthesiology residents.Methods Non-anesthesiology residents who did clinical rotation in the Department of Anesthesiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the control group(n=82),implementing the traditional training model.Non-anesthesiology residents who did clinical rotation in the Department of Anesthesiology from July 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group(n=97),and the checklist combined with one-to-one mentor teaching training mode was implemented.The theoretical examination scores,operational examination results,and satisfaction levels(of teaching content,teaching method,teaching attitude,anesthesia knowledge acquisition,and overall satisfaction)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed improved theoretical examination scores and operative examination results,the satisfaction of teaching methods,teaching attitudes,knowledge of anesthesia,and overall satisfaction in the observation group were improved(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the satisfaction of teaching content between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of checklist teaching combined with one-to-one mentor teaching mode in the resident training for non-anesthesiology residents is helpful to improve the teaching effects.
