摘要
国家公路网修编后,新增的国省干线公路承载了重要的功能定位,相应技术标准支撑力度明显不足,出现空间错配等问题。为提高建设资金使用效率,更好地支撑国土空间开发效能,文章以四川省道孚县G663所在的轴线为研究对象,采用实证研究方法分析了国省干线公路行政等级升级后规划定位与交通支撑系统的适配性问题。研究认为:高原山区干线公路承担重要的旅游服务和城镇联系职能,国省干线公路应实现二级公路标准;针对高原山区公路交通量低、季节性明显等特征,从转变公路设计理念、增强旅游交通服务职能、发展路衍经济等角度提出了相应的建议,为相关研究及政策制定提供参考。
After the revision of the national highway network,the newly added national and provincial trunk roads have assumed important functions,but the corresponding technical standards are obviously insufficient to support them,resulting in problems such as spatial mismatch.In order to improve the efficiency of construction funds and better support the efficiency of national land space development,this paper takes the axis of G663 in Daofu County,Sichuan Province as the research object,and uses empirical research methods to analyze the adaptability of planning positioning and transportation support system after the administrative level of national and provincial trunk roads is upgraded.It is believed that the trunk roads in plateau and mountainous areas bear the important functions of tourism service and urban connection,and national and provincial trunk roads should meet the standard of second-class highway.In response to the low traffic volume and obvious seasonality in plateau and mountainous areas,corresponding suggestions have been put forward from the perspectives of transforming highway design concepts,enhancing tourism transportation service functions,and developing road economy,providing reference for related research and policyformulation.
