Analysis of Highway Engineering Project Management Problems

公路工程项目管理在保障工程质量、提高建设效率、降低建设成本等方面发挥着重要作用,然而目前公路工程项目管理过程中仍存在一些问题,文章结合工作实际系统分析了公路工程项目管理过程中存在的问题,并从人员管理、材料管理、设备管理和组织管理等方面提出相应的对策建议,以期为公路工程项目管理提供参考。

Highway engineering project management plays an important role in guaranteeing project quality,improving construction efficiency and reducing construction cost.However,there are still some problems in highway project management process.This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in highway engineering project management process based on the actual work,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of personnel management,material management,equipment management and organization management.The research results are expected to provide useful reference for highway project management.
